Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Human Resources Director. This is a REMOTE opportunity! The qualified candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, leading, developing and coordinating the policies and activities of the HR department. The HR director will report directly to the President of the company.
Responsibilities:
Identify staffing and recruiting needs; recruit, hire, and train new staff
Oversee the departments daily workflow
Provide performance evaluations
Handle discipline and terminations within company policy
Work with senior leadership to define the company s mission and goals
Develop best practices for hiring and talent management
Develop and administer all human resource programs
Monitor and ensure the organizations compliance with federal, state and local employment laws
Takes part of professional development and networking conferences
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree required
5+ years of human resources management experience
Strong knowledge of employment related laws and regulations
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
Excellent communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Must be able to meet deadlines
Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees
