Senior Project Manager | Commercial Healthcare ConstructionWe are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Managerto lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while managing budgets, schedules, client relationships, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead multiple
construction projects from planning through completion
- Manage project
budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance
- Oversee
subcontractor procurement, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams
- Mentor Project
Managers and Assistant Project Managers
- Drive jobsite
safety, quality, and client satisfaction
Qualifications:- 10+ years of
construction project management experience
- Strong
background in commercial construction; particularly Healthcare build
experience in occupied spaces
- Experience
managing project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting
- Proficiency
with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office
- OSHA 30
preferred
