Maintenance Technician

• Maintain and repair processing, packaging, refrigeration, and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
• Support daily production by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment readiness.
• Manage maintenance inventory and coordinate replacement parts.
• Assist with facility repairs, grounds upkeep, and equipment improvement projects.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to improve operational efficiency.

• Experience in food manufacturing maintenance.
• Knowledge of grinders, mixers, stuffers, packaging systems, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• Strong refrigeration troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, and welding.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues independently.
• Willingness to work a rotating 5-day schedule with mandatory Saturdays.
