We fill positions with salary or hourly rates from 45K-250K+ per year at the plant & corporate levels. Our Fees range from 10K-56K+.
Right now, I'm hiring at all levels of experience. I will consider entry-level if you have B2B inside sales experience and are motivated to make 6 figures.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
Senior Level Executive Recruiter:
- Min 3-4 years of Direct Hire experience in an Agency environment running a successful “full desk” in one of the following verticals:
- Food, Beverage or CPG
- Industrial and/or Consumer Products
- Construction
- IT/Digital
- Accounting & Finance
Experienced Recruiter:
Min 1 year Agency recruiting experience in Direct Hire or Contract in one of verticals mentioned above with the following Skill Set:
- Business Development and Account Management
- Candidate Sourcing including "direct sourcing"
- Negotiation skills
- Organizational skills
- Good computer skills
- Strong "work ethic"
- A team Player
Entry Level Recruiter:
- Degree
- B2B Inside Sales experience
- The will, need and drive to be successful
- Money Motivated
- Takes direction easily
- Positive attitude that can handle rejection
- Strong "work ethic"
- Good organizational skills
- Good computer skills
- A Team player
