Ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career? We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Production Supervisor who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and keeping production running smoothly!

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in building strong teams, improving performance, and making a difference on the production floor.

What you'll do as the Production Supervisor:

• Lead and motivate production teams across multiple production lines.
• Coach employees, develop skills, and build a positive team environment.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, materials, and daily production goals.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with team leads and management to keep operations on track.

What we are looking for in the Production Supervisor:

• High School diploma or GED minimum
• Experience as team lead or production supervisor in a manufacturing plant.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and hold employees accountable.
• Understanding of production schedules, safety, and quality standards.
• A positive, hands-on leadership style and willingness to take initiative.
