Health Safety and Environmental ManagerWe are seeking an experienced
HSE Managerto lead safety, health, and environmental initiatives within a heavy industrial manufacturing operation. This role will drive regulatory compliance, employee safety training, and continuous improvement across the facility.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage all health, safety, and environmental programs.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels.
- Provide safety leadership and partner with operations to strengthen safety culture.
- Maintain safety records, reporting, and compliance documentation.
- Lead safety training and certification programs for heavy mobile equipment operators (forklifts, loaders, haul trucks, and similar equipment).
Qualifications- 3+ years of industrial safety leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance.
- Experience developing and conducting employee safety training.
- Required: Safety training experience involving heavy mobile equipment operators.
- Manufacturing, mining, aggregates, metals, foundry, recycling, or similar heavy industrial experience preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
