Position Summary
The Marketing & Brand Specialist supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives across Bindi North America's portfolio of B2B brands and products. This role is responsible for maintaining brand consistency, coordinating product launches, developing marketing materials, and supporting Sales and its network of distributors and brokers with customer-facing marketing resources.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency across all marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management & Product Development
- Support brand strategy, positioning, and consistency across all marketing channels.
- Coordinate product launches, including product naming, descriptions, creative assets, and launch communications.
- Manage packaging development, artwork coordination, and packaging approvals.
- Ensure product information, brand messaging, and visual presentation are accurate,consistent and aligned with each brand’s guidelines.
Marketing Content & Digital Platforms
- Develop and maintain product brochures, catalogs, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Update and maintain company websites and B2B platforms.
- Manage product listings, content, and marketing assets across distributor and broadliner portals.
- Organize and maintain a centralized library of marketing assets and approved brand materials.
Sales & Customer Marketing Support
- Develop trade marketing materials and customer-facing promotional resources.
- Support Sales with customized marketing materials, including menus, product presentations, and customer-specific collateral.
- Coordinate product launch communications and internal marketing announcements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and other departments to support business priorities.
Project Coordination
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, as needed, to execute marketing initiatives.
- Review marketing materials for accuracy, quality, and alignment with brand standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in marketing, brand support, product marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, Canva, and Prezi.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of branding, visual presentation, and marketing communications.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute effectively within a team.
