What You'll Do:

As a key member of our operation, you will:

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver fertilizer, crop protection products, and other agricultural inputs to customers.
• Load, unload, and transport products while ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Fill application equipment and support daily plant operations.
• Help maintain inventory records and warehouse organization.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general upkeep on trucks, equipment, and facility assets.
• Assist with facility maintenance projects, including welding, painting, pump and engine repairs, and general housekeeping.
• Provide operational support during peak agricultural seasons.
• Participate in safety training and contribute to a safe, productive work environment.
• Assist with special projects and provide cross-functional support as needed.

Typical Education

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Combination of education, training and/or experience will be considered for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous commercial truck driving experience.
  
• Knowledge of local rural routes and geography.
  
• Understanding of agricultural operations and farming practices.
  
• CDL endorsements such as:
  • HazMat
  • Tanker
  • Doubles/Triples

Required Qualifications

• ValidClass A CDLwith an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory and product reconciliation
• Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, during peak agricultural seasons
• Ability to perform all essential job functions safely and effectively
