Position Type: Full-Time, hourly
Shift:
Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day with overtime (up to 12 hours/day) and shift work (days, afternoons, midnights) including some weekendsAbout the PositionLooking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? Join our team in Midland, Ontario as a Grain Distributor, where you'll support the safe and efficient handling of grain through general plant operations. You'll play a vital role in maintaining our standards of quality and reliability while gaining valuable experience in agri-processing and logistics.What You'll Do- Clean and maintain general plant areas
- Operate equipment such as truck scales, grain probes, and basic lubrication tools
- Load and unload vessels and trucks
- Perform grain grading and computer-based operations
- Shovel, sweep, and conduct other manual tasks
- Climb stairs and ladders regularly
- Work in a rotating shift schedule, including overtime and weekends

Education and Experience- High school diploma or equivalent
Other Requirements- Must pass pre-employment medical and reference checks
- Regular, reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
- Commitment to ADM's Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
