Our client is currently seeking a WAREHOUSE MANAGER in North Carolina.

A growing food manufacturer is seeking aWarehouse Managerto lead warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations within a fast-paced production environment. This individual will drive operational excellence, ensure inventory accuracy, maintain regulatory compliance, and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, material flow, and shipping activities.
  • Manage warehouse staff through hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management while promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, inventory accuracy, service levels, and cost control.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of warehouse management experience in food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or a related production environment.
  • Proven success improving warehouse performance, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience using ERP or warehouse management systems.
