Shipping/Forklift Operator (2nd & 3rd Shift ONLY)

Shipping Associate

Job Summary: To operate the Shipping Dock orderly and efficiently per established shipping and receiving procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Compliance with individual performance objectives as established by Shipping Management.
• Perform daily physical product inventory for Fresh Dock products as requested or necessary.
• Assist in annual physical inventories and daily cycle counts as requested or necessary.
• Answer internal and external customer requests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Communicate frequently with Shipping Foreperson concerning any issues regarding safety, product quality, and/or equipment.
• Accurately record and perform all inbound and outbound functions per established departmental procedures.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Power Industrial Training Certification
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred, food manufacturing ideal.
• Good communication skills and ability to quickly grasp tasks quickly.
• Reliability and dependability is a key factor for success with the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.30 per hour
