Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Buyer to support procurement and supply chain activities for a growing manufacturing organization. This role is responsible for sourcing materials and services, managing supplier relationships, supporting operational requirements, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and purchase materials, supplies, and services to support business operations.

Manage supplier relationships and support vendor performance initiatives.

Obtain quotes, negotiate pricing and terms, and support sourcing decisions.

Monitor inventory, purchasing activity, and market trends.

Analyze purchasing and supplier data to support decision-making.

Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure business needs are met.

Support continuous improvement efforts and the development of procurement processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

5+ years of purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
