The OpportunityThe successful applicant will be trained to assist in the hatchery in various areas where needed. This is a Full-Time role primarily working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Training will be provided to the selected candidate. Responsibilities- Working full rotation in the separator area
- Egg room duties as assigned
- Helper on the chick truck
- Sanitation
- Receiving duties
- Inovo transfer
- Other Duties as assigned
Required Qualifications- Must hold a valid G license
- Commitment to working as part of a team
- Able to work varying & flexible hours until job is complete
- Must be able to work in a wet/humid environment
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be in good physical condition - able to lift up to 50 lbs. overhead repetitively
- Must be able to use ladders and clean at heights
- Must be able to follow SOP's & schedules
- Must adhere to PCP requirements
- Must adhere to Animal Welfare Practices
- Must have great interpersonal skills
